Established in 1982 by brothers Mike and Jeff Macefield, Dudley Safes Limited has grown from a small family business into one of the UK's leading manufacturers of high-security safes. Our facility in Upper Gornal, Dudley, spans nearly 30,000 square feet and employs 35 dedicated local professionals. With over 40 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our legacy of quality and innovation.

• Free-Standing Cash Safes: Robust safes designed to secure cash and valuables, available in Eurograde 0 through 5 to meet insurance requirements.

• Fire-Resistant Safes: Safes engineered to withstand high temperatures, offering up to 75 minutes of fire protection for documents and valuables.
• Deposit Safes: Designed for businesses that handle cash regularly, including rotary, capsule, and letter slot deposit options, allowing secure deposits without opening the main safe.
• Bespoke Safes: Custom-designed safes tailored to specific security needs, including unique dimensions, locking mechanisms, and finishes, supplied to retail, hospitality, banking, and healthcare sectors.

Quality and Certification

Our commitment to quality is evidenced by our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assurance Certification. This enables us to submit our safes to the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) for rigorous independent testing and grading in accordance with CEN standards. We manufacture Eurograde safes certified from Grade 0 to Grade 5, ensuring our products meet the highest security standards and are recognised by all major UK insurance companies. Our products are also approved by the Association of Insurance Surveyors (AiS), further affirming our dedication to quality and reliability.
